What we offer
Our gym is membership based. With our monthly membership you will have access to a variety of classes and class times. We also offer open gym and soon a 24 hour gym!
Class times:
M-F 5 am, 6 am, 9 am, 4 pm, 5 pm
Saturday 8 am
Strength Training
We have Strength class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This is a circuit style training with free weights and other equipment to build muscle and strength.
Hybrid
Our Hybrid class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This style of training includes HIIT and other higher intensity training. There is a fair amount of cardio equally mixed with strength training. This class involves body weight and various equipment.
Personal Training
Our NASM certified Personal Trainer, Gaile Sinn, offers one-on-one personal training to reach your individual goals and meet your weight training needs.
Open Gym
We have a vision for a 24-hour accessible gym in the near future. Until then, we offer various times Monday-Friday that members can come and work out freely. Please contact gaile@sinncityfitness.com for more information on hours.

The Platinum+ membership is for members ready to make Sinn City Fitness part of their daily routine. This includes unlimited classes and 24 hour access to the gym.
